研究題目: 1. Drug discovery against RNA viruses 2. Molecular biology of RNA viruses

研究方向:

1.我們實驗室從事抗病毒植物新藥與小分子藥物的開發,希望從(1)臨床複方或單味植物新藥,(2)AI藥物開發,來開發與篩選具抗流行性感冒病毒、新冠病毒與腸病毒的抑制藥物,並研究其機轉,以因應可能爆發之疫情。

2. 利用定量蛋白質體學技術/高通量次世代定序,鑑定藥物之靶標蛋白質,透過miRNA/lncRNA表現差異,誘發訊號傳遞,了解宿主-病毒的相互調控,並研究其相關的抗病毒機制。
