Research interests:

  1. The role of thyroid hormone during liver carcinogenesis.
  2. The mechanism of genes including miRNAs, long non-coding (Lnc)RNAs regulated by thyroid hormone during cell proliferation, differentiation and /or tumorigenesis. The genomic or proteomic approaches will be applied.
  3. The identification of cancer biomarkers including miRNAs, LncRNAs in liver, gastric, cervical, skin cancer and glioma by genomic or proteomic approaches.
  4. The mechanism of autophagy regulated by thyroid hormone.
  5. The role and regulation of LncRNAs in tumor.
