A.    Personal Statement

I have been researching enterovirus (EV) A71 for many years, especially focusing on virus-host interaction and antiviral developments. My team has achieved important milestones such as the development of small molecules that successfully inhibit several RNA viruses, including EV71 and influenza viruses. I have published these findings in prestigious journals such as Antimicrob. Agents Chemother., J. Antimicrob. Chemother., J. Biol. Chem., J. Med. Chem., and J. Virol.
